Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday , excluding federal holidays within the US, including the day after Thanksgiving)

Domestic US Shipping Methods and Rates

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95 - Free Shipping for orders over $100

To ensure delivery of large orders, Mylan Enterprises will require a signature on all orders valued over $300.

Canada

Standard Shipping (Delivery date varies by destination): $15.95 - Free Shipping for orders over $150

All the products available on www.silkskin.com are in US currency and billed accordingly for the value of each item. The final sale amount will then be converted by your bank into Canadian currency. The final amount can vary due to fluctuating exchange rates that can change daily.

International Locations

We're sorry, products can only be billed or shipped to United States destinations and Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Status

For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information, if provided by carrier, in your email confirmation. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
